America Saves Annual Report 2016
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the America Saves campaign. In that time, 500,000 individuals have been motivated to take the Saves pledge because of the information, resources, and products provided by 68 local campaigns and national initiatives like Military Saves and America Saves for Young Workers.
Over the past 15 years, successful saving strategies emerged from the savings stories and tips we’ve heard from savers, including having a savings plan with a goal, making saving automatic, and taking advantage of savings opportunities at work. Their stories keep us focused on the goal of the campaign—successful saving.
America Saves continues to grow thanks to the support of our funders, the work of local campaigns, and the participation and partnership of organizations of all types. In reality, the hard work is done by the individuals who have made the decision to begin to save or save more. Download and view past annual reports here.
